Fee's pencil skirt

Fee’s pencil skirt

Take a peek at Fee’s first sewing project. I’m sure you’ll be suitably impressed. The pencil skirt is fully lined with an invisible zip, fitted waistband and hand finished hem. Very haute couture to complement the French inspired designer print!

Read Fee’s review below.

It wasn’t so long ago I could barely sew a button, let alone an entire pencil skirt! But it’s really not as difficult as you may think if you have Janet’s expertise and guidance at your disposal. I attend the Monday afternoon classes which are tailored to individual requirements. I have found it to be such a gratifying learning process, even if i do sometimes stab myself with dressmaker pins! Prior to being recommended to the ‘Modern Approach Sewing School’, like many others i relied on fast fashion and my wardrobe overflowed with ill-fitting brands. I now own a tailored pencil skirt, all made by ME (….and with much needed guidance from Janet!) so i could quite smugly claim, “I am wearing me!”. Both Janet and my fellow sewing enthusiasts in the class have inspired me to carry on and eventually stitch and entire bespoke wardrobe!

Well done Fee!
